Portfolio result for 2019
The first stocks purchased in the portfolio were stocks of Sberbank (12/29/18) and 1 share of Apple (AAPL) (01/2/19), therefore the main reporting for the portfolio will be issued annually, upon the end of the calendar year.
In addition to the designated goal of 10 million RUB. An equally important goal for the portfolio is to show results no worse than the indices over a period (10 years) (the topic is covered in detail in previous posts). For example, I regularly come across advertisements on VK from “gurus” who showed “a phenomenal result of +30% per annum” in 2019 and are now selling their paid courses. Kamon, guys, for 2019 (the MICEX index gained 37% per annum), I could stupidly throw money into the fund and get more, for free!
In total, we will long-term compare the portfolio with 1⃣SBMX fund (copy of MICEX), and 2⃣ AKNX fund, I remind you that it copies the composition (Nasdaq 100)
Due to the devaluation of the ruble 2⃣ the fund, it seems to me, has better prospects in the long term, at least for this reason, however, we will leave the two fund data for comparison.
So, the results for the 2019 calendar year year:
SBMX Fund = +37% (in RUB)
S&P500 = +26.6% (in dollars)
AKNX Fund = +32% (in dollars) or +17% in RUB
Vladislav Ivanov Fund 🙊😎 = +41% in RUB
And, of course, you remember that past performance does not guarantee future profitability, right?
